Dayton’s Gypsy community has always been a mystery to those of us who lived there. The Queen of the Gypsies is buried there.
Dayton was much like the Silicon Valley before World War I and it always fascinated me how a select group of men who all knew one another changed the landscape of our country forever.
“Nuncio” is the story of America’s loss of innocence and our emergence into the world scene. It is also the story of a teenage woman who wanted acceptance and love from a “mainstream” man. She was not accepted by her own people and her mental wanderings and intense passions are familiar to all of us. She is willing to risk everything and she does in the end. It’s an exciting, romantic thriller. A graphic novel with gypsy characters would not be the same without a little drama.
Most innovators and leaders are like the people in this meant for television series. Ezra, Neci and the people they interact with are all rebels, creators, inventors and dreamers.
This is a graphic novel series that will appeal to a demographic ranging from teenager to babyboomer-16-64. I welcome you to take this journey with me and these characters in this romantic thriller series.
